Hermitage Road – Private Queen Suite with Ensuite for 30+ Day Stays near Bendigo Hermitage Road is a calm, comfortable country base for stays of a month or more. It's in Maiden Gully, just a 15-minute drive from the heart of Bendigo, on 16 hectares of vineyards, manicured lawns and protected bushland. The suite suits professionals on contract in Bendigo, remote workers wanting a peaceful place to focus, people relocating to the region, and solo travellers or couples looking for a quieter long stay away from the city. The suite is part of a seven-suite homestead. You'll have your own private suite and ensuite, and share the homestead's lounges, dining room and grounds with other guests. The Space This cosy Queen suite looks out onto the garden courtyard. It has a Queen bed, a built-in robe for unpacking properly, a TV, free WiFi, and a tea and coffee station with a mini fridge. Split-system air conditioning keeps you comfortable in every season. The ensuite has a shower, vanity and toilet, with heated floor tiles for Bendigo's cooler months. One suite in the homestead has an accessible bathroom. If you need it, please let us know before booking, as it's subject to availability. If we're not told, you may or may not be allocated that suite. The Homestead The shared spaces are made for settling in. There are two cosy lounges with a double-sided gas fireplace, and a dining room with a 10-seater table beside a well-equipped kitchenette. For work, a conference room is available for private lease at an additional fee. The Grounds Enter through the gate and up the vine-lined driveway to a peaceful rural setting. You can enjoy morning coffee while kangaroos graze along the tree line, wander the garden courtyard and lawns, relax on the deck, or gather around the fire pit as the vineyards glow at sunset.
