# Staylonger

> Staylonger is an Australian mid-term accommodation provider offering fully furnished homes for extended stays, with transparent weekly and monthly pricing.

Staylonger lists fully furnished homes for stays of 30 nights or more across Australia, with weekly and monthly pricing shown up front. Bookings are made on the platform — no rental application, no inspection, no permanent lease. The booking agreement is between the guest and the host; Staylonger operates the platform and acts as the host's collection agent for fees and refunds. Operated by Staylonger Pty Ltd (ABN 58 685 517 266).

Listings are browsed through location hubs — `/{state}`, `/{state}/{city}` and `/{state}/{city}/{suburb}` — with each property at `/{state}/{city}/{suburb}/{id}`. Add a stay to a property URL with `?checkin=YYYY-MM-DD&checkout=YYYY-MM-DD&adults=2&children=0` (`nights` works in place of `checkout`; `guests` is also accepted).
