The property has 8 individual studios that can be booked separately or together for larger groups. The Space This is one of the largest studios at the property, on the ground floor. The open bedroom and living area has a Queen bed with bedside tables and lamps, a round dining table, and a two-seater couch facing a Smart TV with free WiFi. Split-system air conditioning keeps the studio comfortable year-round. The kitchenette sits alongside the living area, with a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and sink, plus complimentary tea and coffee. Up a few steps beside the bed is the sleek ensuite, which has a shower, toilet and vanity, with complimentary toiletries supplied. Out the side door, a private courtyard and side run gives your pet some fresh air. For full home cooking, guests share a fully equipped kitchen. There's also a shared laundry for keeping up with washing on longer stays, and a shared alfresco area with BBQ. Professional cleaning, linen and towels, quality amenities, 7-day guest support and a digital guidebook with local recommendations are all included. Guest Access You'll have exclusive use of your studio and side run, and shared access to the communal kitchen, dining area, laundry and alfresco area. Every room has an electronic keypad lock. You'll receive your PIN when you book, so you can check in at any time, even late at night after a long drive or shift. There's plenty of free on-street parking, and the property has a common entry and stairwells. The Neighbourhood Highton's local shops are a 3-minute drive away, with groceries and dining options including Harvey's of Highton for fresh fruit and vegetables, Gusto café and Malee Thai. Waurn Ponds, with Deakin University, Epworth Hospital and a major shopping centre, is a 5-minute drive.
