Scenic Road – Renovated 3-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom Pet-Friendly Home Sleeping 6 for 30+ Day Stays in Highton Scenic Road is a fully renovated, well set up home for stays of a month or more in Highton, just off the Geelong Ring Road. It's a great base for work in Geelong or for exploring the greater Bellarine Peninsula. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and pets welcome, it's ideal for corporate teams and contractors on extended assignments, professionals relocating to Geelong, and groups sharing a longer stay. Bedrooms The main bedroom has a Queen bed, a walk-in robe and an ensuite. Bedroom two has two King Single beds, and bedroom three has a Queen bed, both with built-in robes. Every bedroom has a wall-mounted Smart TV, which gives each guest their own space on a longer stay. Quality linen and towels are provided. Living & Kitchen The living room has a large four-seater reclining leather sofa and a Smart TV, with split-system heating and cooling. The massive kitchen has ample bench space, a 900mm oven and cooktop, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, plus all the utensils, cups, glasses, pots and pans you need. Some tea and coffee is supplied to get you started. A huge dining table comfortably seats eight adults. Bathrooms & Laundry The master ensuite has a shower, vanity and toilet. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, bath and vanity, with a separate toilet. The laundry has a trough, a front-loader washing machine, and an iron and ironing board. Outdoor The upstairs patio has an outdoor dining set and a gas BBQ. WiFi is available throughout. Guest Access & Parking You'll have exclusive use of the upstairs home and upstairs patio. The property uses electronic keypad locks, and you'll receive your PIN when you book, so you can check in at any time. There's plenty of free street parking, with room for a couple of cars in front of the house. Please Note There's a separate two-bedroom residence at the rear of the property. The rear yard and right-side driveway are shared common property. Please bring your own laundry detergent.

-- Maximum 6 guests -- Pets welcome (please keep them off the furniture) -- No smoking -- No parties or events -- Not suitable for children or infants (no infant bedding supplied) -- Main guest must be 18 or over -- 25% deposit secures the booking; balance due 28 days before arrival -- Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking or more than 28 days before arrival (10% admin fee applies after the first 24 hours) -- No refund for cancellations within 28 days of arrival -- Guests under 25: security deposit of $1,000 or $100 per person (whichever is greater), refunded within 14 days of checkout; maximum 3 cars on the property -- Keep noise respectful, as there's a separate residence at the rear; noise monitors track sound levels only and don't record conversations -- No exceeding listed guest numbers, no caravans, no subletting -- The rear yard and right-side driveway are shared with the rear residence -- Property inspections may occur between 9am and 5pm with 2 hours' notice -- Report any issues straight away; urgent issues must be reported by phone -- Complaints raised only after checkout aren't eligible for refunds -- Before leaving: clean the home, including the BBQ and any pet waste; run the dishwasher; put rubbish in the correct bins; and turn off lights, heating, cooling and appliances -- Damage, extra cleaning or lost keys may be charged after your stay, with photo evidence provided
