Scenic Road – Private Queen Studio for 30+ Day Stays in Highton, Geelong Scenic Road is a simple, comfortable home base for stays of a month or more. It's in Highton, just a 2-minute drive off the Geelong Ring Road, and only a 5-minute drive from Epworth Hospital, Deakin University Waurn Ponds and Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre. Geelong CBD is under 15 minutes away, and a bus stop is within a 200m walk. It's ideal for healthcare professionals on placement or contract, Deakin students and visiting academics, and contractors working in the area. The property has 5 individual studios that can be booked separately or together for larger groups. The Studio This standard studio has a Queen bed with fresh linen, a Smart TV with free WiFi, a bar fridge and a kettle. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are supplied. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and basin, and body wash, shampoo, conditioner and towels are supplied. Cleaning on Longer Stays For stays longer than a week, a linen change and room clean can be arranged for a small additional fee. Guest Access You'll have exclusive access to your studio. Every room has an electronic keypad lock. You'll receive your PIN when you book, so you can check in at any time, even late at night after a long drive or shift. There's plenty of free on-street and off-street parking.
