Sweetman Parade – 3-Bedroom Townhouse 200m from Ocean Grove Main Beach for 30+ Day Stays Sweetman Parade is a relaxed, fully self-contained coastal home for stays of a month or more. It's in a sought-after spot in Ocean Grove, with the Barwon River on one side and the patrolled Ocean Grove Main Beach just 200m away on the other. The main street shops are a 10-minute walk, so you can park the car when you arrive and walk almost everywhere. It's ideal for families relocating or building on the Bellarine, people between homes, and anyone wanting an extended seaside stay. The Home The townhouse has three bedrooms across two levels. The main bedroom, with a Queen bed, is on the ground floor. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third has two single beds, which suits children or extra guests. There are two bathrooms, one on each level, with a bath, a shower and two toilets between them. The open kitchen, dining and living area has a TV and DVD player. A second living area gives the kids, or anyone wanting some quiet, their own space during a longer stay. The kitchen has a microwave and dishwasher, and is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, glasses and platters. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. A large split-system air conditioner in the downstairs living area keeps you cool on summer days and warm on winter nights. Outside, there's a BBQ and outdoor seating in a fenced yard. Please note there's no WiFi at the property. Guest Access You'll have the whole house to yourselves.
