It's a 500m walk to the best cafés in town, 500m to the Barwon River beach and the surf beach, and 400m to the local RSL Bowling Club for a game or a meal. Barwon Heads is a 4-minute drive away. With two bedrooms sleeping 5 and small pets welcome, it's ideal for small families relocating or building on the Bellarine, couples wanting an extended coastal stay, and anyone looking for a longer stay with their dog. The Home The master bedroom has a Queen bed and a TV. The second bedroom has a trio bunk, with a double bed below and a single above, which is perfect for kids. The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and adjoining vanity, plus a change room with a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with stone benchtops, a dishwasher, oven, electric hotplates, microwave, bar fridge and coffee pod machine, along with pots, pans, plates, cutlery and cups. The island bench seats four. The living room has a Smart TV, and split-system heating and cooling keeps the living area comfortable. WiFi is available. Outside, the undercover veranda has a convertible lounge setting and a BBQ, with café blinds you can raise or lower. There's also a shady picnic table area.
