It's very close to the main ocean beach, with easy access to shops, restaurants and the estuary for boating, fishing and surfing. With three bedrooms sleeping 8, it's ideal for families relocating or building on the Bellarine, families staying together long term, and anyone wanting an extended coastal stay with a view. The Home The spacious lounge and dining area has comfortable couches, a flat-screen TV and split-system air conditioning for year-round comfort. A couch bed provides extra sleeping space. The ultra-modern kitchen is made for everyday cooking, with an island bench with breakfast chairs, a gas stove and cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and plenty of cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. The main bedroom has a Queen bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has two sets of double bunks, which is perfect for kids. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer, which makes life easy on a longer stay. Outside, the deck has fabulous views, outdoor seating for eight and a BBQ. Guest Access & Parking You'll have the whole house to yourselves. The garage isn't accessible, but there's free parking in the driveway and on the street.
