The main living area on the second level features two generously sized bedrooms with built in robes, a bathroom, and an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. North facing glass sliding doors connect the main living space to a large undercover balcony, with a further door linking the kitchen to the balcony along the west aspect. The ground floor offers two further bedrooms, along with a living room featuring north and south facing glass sliding doors. The south facing door opens onto a second large undercover decked alfresco space overlooking the rear lawn and garden. The ground floor bathroom and laundry includes a separate shower and bath. Melbourne Road is fitted with split system heating and cooling on each level, a fully equipped kitchen, wifi and two smart TVs, along with an oversized garden and outdoor entertaining space. Off street parking is available for up to four cars, and guests have access to the full house and garden throughout their stay.
