Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies. 4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time. 5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms. 6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Evictions can apply. 7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28. 8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property. 9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 10 guests unless prior approval is obtained. 10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking - There is space for 2 cars to be parked at the property.
