Rosemore RoadRosebud, Mornington Peninsula
About this home
This retreat combines two homes, providing eight bedrooms to create a space for 20 guests, with a pool, sauna, mini golf, and two kitchens. It's a private, dual-home escape perfect for families, friends, or groups who want to stay together while still enjoying their own space. With two full houses, Rosemore Road is your base for relaxing, entertaining, and making memories on the Mornington Peninsula. In House One, you'll find an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space downstairs, flowing out to the pool area, with a second living room and TV upstairs. Two master bedrooms with king beds and ensuites are spread across the two levels, with the upstairs room also opening to a private balcony. Down the hallway, you'll find a powder room, a queen bedroom, a bunkroom sleeping four, and a main bathroom with a bath. Both homes have lifts to access the upper floor, making the property genuinely easy to move around in regardless of luggage or mobility considerations. The adjoining House Two sleeps 10 and includes two queen bedrooms and a bunkroom downstairs (also sleeping four), plus a full bathroom. Upstairs is a light-filled open living and dining area with a balcony and BBQ, a fully equipped kitchen with a butler's pantry, and a master bedroom with king bed, ensuite, and private balcony. Please note there is a large sliding gate in the backyard that opens the two spaces up as one — there is no access between the homes from inside, so getting between the two houses means stepping outside via the gate. Across both homes, guests can enjoy a games garage with table tennis and arcade games, a sauna, an outdoor bath and shower, a heated pool, a mini golf green, four adult bikes and two kids' bikes, and stand-up paddleboards. This space is made for groups who want to spread out, relax, and have fun, whether you're spending time poolside, exploring the local beaches, or firing up the BBQ after a day of adventure.
