It's ideal for healthcare professionals on placement or contract, Deakin students, and professionals commuting to Melbourne by V/Line. This is shared accommodation. You'll have your own private room, share a bathroom with one other room, and share the kitchen, living areas and laundry with all guests. The Room Your private room has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a new Smart TV, a built-in robe for unpacking properly, and split-system air conditioning. Some rooms also have a desk. Your door has a digital lock. Shared Spaces The main bathroom, shared between two bedrooms, has a shower, toilet and vanity. The kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking, with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the crockery and utensils you need. There's a four-seater dining table, and the lounge has couches facing a Smart TV, with a large split-system air conditioner. Glass doors open onto the courtyard, where a five-seater outdoor dining set is perfect for morning coffee in the sun. At the end of the hall, the laundry has a trough and top-loader washing machine, and leads out to the side yard with a clothesline and a quiet sitting spot for two. Guest Access Access is via digital locks, so you can head straight to the property after check-in time without meeting anyone or collecting keys.
