Yeppoon and Emu Park are within about 40 minutes. Sleeping eight, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms plus a powder room, fast WiFi, multiple workspaces and room for work vehicles, it’s ideal for work crews and project teams, families relocating to Central Queensland, and healthcare professionals on extended contracts. The Homestead Two separate living areas give everyone room to spread out, with a Smart TV in the main living area. The games room has a pool table, a bar with a bar fridge, and a Smart TV with Netflix. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, a cooktop, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. Fast WiFi and multiple dedicated workspaces make it easy to work from home. Bedroom one has a King bed and an ensuite. Bedroom two has a Queen bed, and bedrooms three and four each have two King Single beds. Air conditioning runs throughout. There are three bathrooms in total, plus a powder room and an extra outdoor toilet near the pool. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels and quality linen are provided. The laundry has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. Outside, the expansive verandah has outdoor dining and a BBQ, with front-row seats for sunsets and summer storms. The 10-metre magnesium pool has panoramic views, and is fenced from the house. Guest Access & Parking You’ll have the whole main house, the verandah and the grounds, with self check-in. The home is all on one level, with flat access and no stairs. There’s parking for six vehicles, including three undercover spaces beside the home. A large secure shed is available for a caravan, trailer or work vehicle for an extra fee. Just message the host before your stay.
