Yeppoon and Emu Park are within about 40 minutes. Sleeping eight, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms plus a powder room, fast WiFi, multiple workspaces and room for work vehicles, it’s ideal for work crews and project teams, families relocating to Central Queensland, and healthcare professionals on extended contracts. The Homestead Two separate living areas give everyone room to spread out, with a Smart TV in the main living area. The games room has a pool table, a bar with a bar fridge, and a Smart TV with Netflix. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, a cooktop, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. Fast WiFi and multiple dedicated workspaces make it easy to work from home. Bedroom one has a King bed and an ensuite. Bedroom two has a Queen bed, and bedrooms three and four each have two King Single beds. Air conditioning runs throughout.
