Wollstonecraft Station is a 7-minute walk away, with direct trains to Sydney CBD, and Crows Nest's dining and shopping are close by. It's ideal for solo professionals or couples on extended contracts in the city or North Sydney, and anyone wanting a quiet, well-connected long-stay base. The Studio The open-plan studio is filled with natural light. It has a Double bed and a TV with free-to-air channels. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, an electric cooktop, cutlery and utensils, and the dining area seats four. The living area opens onto a private balcony with seating. The stylish bathroom has towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials provided. There's a laundry with a washer and dryer, and WiFi is available. A portable fan is provided. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Guest Access You'll have the entire studio. Keys are collected on site, with full details sent 3 days before check-in. Local Area & Getting Around Wollstonecraft Station – 7-minute walk (500m), with direct trains to Sydney CBD Crows Nest – dining and shopping nearby Berry Island Reserve and harbour walks – nearby Sydney CBD – 7km, a 15-minute drive or quick train ride Sydney Airport – 18km, about 25 minutes by car Please Note Parking is visitor parking only, with a 48-hour maximum. For longer stays, you'll need to move your car and return it to comply with the building's restrictions, so parking for your whole stay isn't guaranteed. Please check the signage on arrival. There's no air conditioning. A portable fan is provided. Construction is currently taking place within the building, so you may hear some noise during your stay. House Rules Check-in from 3pm; check-out by 10am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, at an additional cost. Luggage can't be stored before check-in or after check-out. ID verification is required after booking, and check-in details are only shared once verified. Visitor parking has a 48-hour maximum.

The following strict House Rules apply: - No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am - No parties or antisocial behaviour - No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval - No pets are allowed in the property without approval - No smoking is allowed at any times - If you break something, please let us know - To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police. IMPORTANT: - Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund. - Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200. Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following: - Please leave all beds unmade - Please clean up your dishes and put them away - In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location - Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins - Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed. - Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind. We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.
