With three Queen bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study nook and a lush private garden, it's ideal for professionals working remotely or on extended contracts in Sydney, families relocating to the Northern Beaches, and colleagues sharing a longer stay. The Home The spacious living area is filled with natural light, with polished timber floors, two three-seater sofas, a coffee table and rug, a Smart TV with streaming apps (log in with your own accounts), and split-system air conditioning. A quiet study nook with a desk and chair makes working from home easy. The dining table seats six, with bench seating for three more. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine, plus cookware and utensils. The private laundry has a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a drying rack, along with a downstairs toilet. Upstairs, all three bedrooms have a Queen bed with soft bedding, blackout curtains, bedside tables with lamps, and plenty of coat hangers. Two bedrooms have air conditioning, and the third has a ceiling fan. The main bedroom has an ensuite, and there's a second bathroom. Towels and a hairdryer are provided. Step outside through the kitchen to a lush private garden patio with outdoor furniture, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Guest Access You'll have the entire duplex. Keys are collected on site, with full details sent 3 days before check-in. External stairs lead to the first-floor entrance on the right side of the building, and there are internal stairs as well.
