MacMillan Street is a bright, beautifully styled duplex for stays of a month or more in leafy Seaforth on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Seaforth Village's cafés, restaurants, boutique shops and library are a 5-minute walk away, Manly and Balgowlah are close by, and buses on Sydney Road connect you to the CBD. With three Queen bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study nook and a lush private garden, it's ideal for professionals working remotely or on extended contracts in Sydney, families relocating to the Northern Beaches, and colleagues sharing a longer stay.

The Home  
The spacious living area is filled with natural light, with polished timber floors, two three-seater sofas, a coffee table and rug, a Smart TV with streaming apps (log in with your own accounts), and split-system air conditioning. A quiet study nook with a desk and chair makes working from home easy.

The dining table seats six, with bench seating for three more. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine, plus cookware and utensils.

The private laundry has a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a drying rack, along with a downstairs toilet.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms have a Queen bed with soft bedding, blackout curtains, bedside tables with lamps, and plenty of coat hangers. Two bedrooms have air conditioning, and the third has a ceiling fan. The main bedroom has an ensuite, and there's a second bathroom. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.

Step outside through the kitchen to a lush private garden patio with outdoor furniture, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

Guest Access  
You'll have the entire duplex. Keys are collected on site, with full details sent 3 days before check-in. External stairs lead to the first-floor entrance on the right side of the building, and there are internal stairs as well.

\- No parties or antisocial behaviour  
\- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval  
\- No pets are allowed in the property without approval  
\- No smoking is allowed at any times  
\- If you break something, please let us know  
\- To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT:  
\- Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund.  
\- Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed.  
\- Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind.

We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.
