It's ideal for professionals on extended contracts in Parramatta's business district, couples relocating to Sydney's west, and anyone wanting a well-connected long stay. The Apartment The apartment overlooks the leafy suburban landscape from a private undercover balcony with seating. The living area has a two-seater couch and a TV with free-to-air channels. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-ring electric cooktop, utensils and cutlery, and the dining area seats three. The cosy bedroom has robes for unpacking properly. The polished bathroom has towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials provided, and the internal laundry has a washer and dryer. Ducted air conditioning provides heating and cooling throughout, and WiFi is available. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Building Facilities Guests have access to the building's outdoor pool, open 6am to 10pm (fob required). Guest Access You'll have the entire apartment. Keys are collected from an off-site location about 350m from the property, which isn't open 24/7. If you're arriving outside opening hours, an alternative check-in method will be arranged. IMPORTANT: - Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund. - Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200. Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following: - Please leave all beds unmade - Please clean up your dishes and put them away - In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location - Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins - Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed. - Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind. We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.
