It's just steps from Parramatta Park, and a short walk to the Rumsey Rose Gardens, Old Government House, the Governor's Bath House, shops, cafés, restaurants and public transport. Sydney CBD is about 24km east. With two bedrooms, ducted air conditioning, an internal laundry and undercover parking, it's ideal for professionals on extended contracts in Parramatta's business district, families relocating to Sydney's west, and colleagues sharing a longer stay. The Apartment Large windows frame the open-plan living area and its views over the green landscape. The living room has a five-seater couch and a TV with free-to-air, Foxtel and Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a gas cooktop, utensils and cutlery, and the dining area seats six. The elegant bedrooms have plenty of storage. The bathrooms are polished, with towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials provided, and the laundry has a washer and dryer. Ducted air conditioning provides heating and cooling throughout, and WiFi is available. The undercover balcony has seating and views. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Guest Access & Parking You'll have the entire apartment. Keys are collected from a store about 500m from the property, open daily from 9:30am to 6pm. If you can't collect within those hours, get in touch and an alternative location will be arranged. Full details are sent 3 days before check-in. Stairs lead to the entrance, and a wheelchair lift entrance is available. Underground parking fits one medium vehicle. IMPORTANT: - Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund. - Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200. Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following: - Please leave all beds unmade - Please clean up your dishes and put them away - In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location - Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins - Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed. - Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind. We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.
