Positioned to take in Sydney Harbour Bridge in all its glory, this home offers a front row seat to the harbour that photos simply cannot capture. Spend your days by the window with a glass of champagne, watching the boats drift across the water, then as the afternoon turns to evening, watch the sky shift from daylight to dusk as the city lights slowly take over the skyline, Sydney transforming right before you. Beyond the view, the apartment is fully equipped to make your stay easy and comfortable. The kitchen comes with a stainless steel gas stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, rice cooker and wine glasses, ideal for cooking and entertaining, while a dedicated workspace is on hand for guests who need to stay connected. The home also offers air conditioning and central heating, a washer and dryer in unit, and all the essentials including bed linens, towels and toiletries, so there is nothing left to think about but enjoying the view. For your security, check in details are shared either the evening before or the morning of your arrival, and only one set of keys is issued per stay as we do not hold spares. Guests staying with us can also take advantage of a convenient airport pick up and drop off service, available exclusively to those booked into our homes, simply reach out to us for current rates and to arrange your transfer. Please note this home is not suitable for children or infants. — Check in is after 3 pm and checkout is before 10 am, please contact us in advance if you would like an earlier check in or later checkout as this may incur a charge — This is a strictly no smoking property, any evidence of smoking found in the home may result in a 500 dollar fine — No pets are allowed — Strictly no parties or events — Not suitable for children or infants — Please let us know in advance about any extra guests or day visitors, this is required for liability purposes under the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW — A maximum of four guests are permitted to stay overnight, with up to two day visitors allowed, no more than six people are permitted on the property at any one time — Only guests included in the booking are permitted to stay, any additional visitors must be approved by us in writing prior to your stay — We ask for minimal noise in the common areas at all times, especially after 9 pm, and ask that guests avoid loitering out the front of the building or in shared spaces, out of respect for our neighbours — A valid ID and card details are required for a temporary pre authorisation, which is held as a security deposit for the duration of your stay — All guests are asked to review and accept our terms and conditions through the pre arrival check in form — Breaking any of our house rules may result in guests being asked to leave the property without a refund of any unused nights — Requests to change your booking dates can only be considered if your check in date is more than one month away, changes are subject to approval and a surcharge may apply — Cancellations made 30 days or less before check in are not eligible for a refund — Cancellations made within 7 days of booking receive a full refund, unless the check in date is 30 days or less away — Cancellations made after 7 days of booking receive a 50 percent refund of the accommodation fee plus the cleaning fee, unless the check in date is 30 days or less away — Cancellations made within 48 hours of check in are not eligible for a refund — This cancellation policy applies to bookings made directly with us, if you booked through a third party platform such as Airbnb or Vrbo, their cancellation policy will apply instead
