The property has double glazing throughout. -Mandatory fortnightly clean for bookings over 14 days of AUD$565 -Additional exit clean fee of $565 for bookings of two months or more. -AUD$150 accidental lock out fee -AUD$150 for lost keys/ garage remote/fail to return keys or garage remote as per check out instructions - Please ensure the BBQ is cleaned, otherwise a $80 clean fee will apply - During your stay in my listing I require that you are aware of and agree to abide by the NSW Government’s Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry.
