We appreciate your understanding and are confident this will not detract from your overall experience. The property has double glazing throughout. - Please ensure the BBQ is cleaned, otherwise a $80 clean fee will apply. - Mandatory fortnightly clean for bookings over 14 days of AUD$365 - Additional exit clean fee of $365 for bookings of two months or more. - AUD$150 accidental lock out fee - AUD$150 for lost keys/ fail to return keys as per check out instructions - During your stay in my listing I require that you are aware of and agree to abide by the NSW Government’s Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry. In abiding with the Code of Conduct. - Strictly no pets allowed. - Strictly no parties. - Please respect our neighbours in this quiet neighbourhood with no outside dining past 10pm. - Please supervise children at all times - Please remove shoes at foyer entry - Strictly no smoking inside apartment, balcony, on common areas of building or directly in front of building. - Please respect the neighbours residing within the same building with keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm - There are a few stairs (a total of 6) from the garage leading up to the lounge area.
