— No smoking, a fine may apply if evidence of smoking is found — No parties or events permitted at the property — No pets allowed — Not appropriate for preschoolers toddlers or babies due to gaps in the internal stair handrails — The Cabana Studio is not suitable as a bedroom for children under 16, as it is only accessible via the pool enclosure — No swimming alone, as the pool is not directly visible from the living areas, guests must exit the pool if unaccompanied — Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when in the pool area — Guests are required to allow access for scheduled pool and garden maintenance, including to the Cabana which houses the pool filter and equipment — Maximum of ten guests permitted to sleep at the property, day visitors permitted up to five people, no more than fifteen people allowed on the property at any given time — Only guests booked to stay are permitted at the property, additional visitors must be approved in writing prior to arrival — Minimal noise is required especially after 9 pm out of respect for neighbours — Valid ID and card details are required for a temporary pre authorisation held as a security deposit — Guests are required to review and accept Terms and Conditions in the Pre arrival check in form — All guests must comply with the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW — Requests to change booking dates can only be considered if check in is more than one month away, are subject to approval and may incur a surcharge — No refund applies if a booking is cancelled within 30 days of the check in date — A full refund is available if cancelled within 7 days of booking, provided the booking was not made within 30 days of check in — A 50 percent refund of the accommodation fee plus the cleaning fee is available if cancelled after 7 days from booking, provided the booking was not made within 30 days of check in — No refund applies if cancelled within 48 hours of the check in date
