Outside, a private pool offers the perfect spot to cool off on a warm day or simply relax poolside while taking in the surrounding water views. The property also includes a Cabana Studio, a private additional sleeping space accessed via the pool enclosure, ideal for older teens or adults after some extra privacy during their stay. As the Cabana can only be reached through the pool area, it is best suited to guests aged sixteen and over rather than young children. Guests should also note that the home's internal stairs have handrail gaps that may pose a risk for very young children, making Fisher Street better suited to families with older kids rather than toddlers, preschoolers or babies.

— Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when in the pool area  
— Guests are required to allow access for scheduled pool and garden maintenance, including to the Cabana which houses the pool filter and equipment  
— Maximum of ten guests permitted to sleep at the property, day visitors permitted up to five people, no more than fifteen people allowed on the property at any given time  
— Only guests booked to stay are permitted at the property, additional visitors must be approved in writing prior to arrival  
— Minimal noise is required especially after 9 pm out of respect for neighbours  
— Valid ID and card details are required for a temporary pre authorisation held as a security deposit  
— Guests are required to review and accept Terms and Conditions in the Pre arrival check in form  
— All guests must comply with the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW  
— Requests to change booking dates can only be considered if check in is more than one month away, are subject to approval and may incur a surcharge  
— No refund applies if a booking is cancelled within 30 days of the check in date  
— A full refund is available if cancelled within 7 days of booking, provided the booking was not made within 30 days of check in  
— A 50 percent refund of the accommodation fee plus the cleaning fee is available if cancelled after 7 days from booking, provided the booking was not made within 30 days of check in  
— No refund applies if cancelled within 48 hours of the check in date
