The beaches are a 5-minute drive, the Mandurah Foreshore and canals are 10 minutes away, and local cafés, restaurants, parks and playgrounds are within walking distance. With five bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning and plenty of space inside and out, it's ideal for large families relocating to the Peel region, work crews or project teams on extended assignments, and groups wanting a relaxed coastal long stay. The Home High ceilings, polished floors and large windows fill the open-plan living area with natural light, and it flows easily out to a sunlit deck and peaceful garden. The lounge seats six or more and has a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven and cooktop, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The dining table seats eight. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, a built-in robe and an ensuite with a shower. Bedrooms two and three each have a Queen bed, bedroom four has a Double bed, and bedroom five has two single beds. Every bedroom has quality linen, blackout blinds and storage. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, and complimentary toiletries are provided. The laundry has a washer and dryer. Split-system air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout, and WiFi is included. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Guest Access You'll have the entire home, with self check-in.
