The property sleeps up to 15 guests across five spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, including two master bedrooms with private ensuites. Bedroom one features a king bed with an ensuite including both bath and shower, bedroom two offers a king bed with an ensuite shower, bedroom three has a queen bed, bedroom four is set up with a triple bunk (one single and one double), and bedroom five sleeps the most with two king singles and two queen beds — genuinely flexible for a large family group or several couples travelling together. Outside, you'll find an 8-person spa and an 8-person hot rock sauna, ideal for post-hike relaxation, along with a large outdoor deck fitted with winter-ready ceiling heaters and an outdoor shower for those brave enough to use it. The property sits on 12.5 acres of tranquil mountain bushland, offering a genuinely private and peaceful escape despite being just 5 minutes from Healesville Main Street. An indoor fireplace with endless firewood keeps things warm inside, while an outdoor fire pit is perfect for cosy nights under the stars, and a pool table rounds out the indoor entertainment options. The property is also pet friendly, making it a genuine option for guests who don't want to leave the family dog behind. The kitchen and living spaces are well equipped throughout, with fast wifi, a 633L fridge, a large oven, an air fryer, a microwave, and all the cooking utensils, crockery, and glassware you'll need, plus a kettle and a SMEG coffee machine for warming winter brews. A washing machine and dryer are included, and high-quality linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. Please note that the property uses clean, filtered tank water, so during winter we do ask guests to enjoy hot showers mindfully. Heating and cooling is well thought through across the property, with the indoor fireplace and unlimited firewood, two portable heaters/fans, three split-system air conditioners (in the main living room, lower master bedroom, and bedroom five), and evaporative cooling on the upper level for warmer months. In the heart of the Yarra Valley, Healesville is a charming town renowned for its scenic beauty, rich history, and vibrant community, with dozens of wineries — including Innocent Bystander, Giant Steps, Yarra Yering, and TarraWarra Estate — all within a 10 to 35-minute drive, alongside family attractions like Healesville Sanctuary, the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie, and Maroondah Reservoir Park.
