The Apartment The bright living area has soft carpet, a couch, a coffee table, a TV and split-system air conditioning. A dining table for two sits beside it. The compact, practical kitchen has a gas cooktop, an electric oven, a microwave, a toaster and a capsule coffee machine. The bedroom has a Queen bed, blackout blinds, bedside tables with lamps, and built-in storage with plenty of hangers. The ensuite is attached to the bedroom and has a shower, vanity storage and essentials, with a hairdryer provided. An iron, ironing board and clothes drying rack are also provided. WiFi is available. From the living room, step out onto the private balcony with outdoor furniture. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Laundry The building has a communal laundry with two washing machines and one dryer, with the apartment’s machines clearly marked. Guest Access & Parking You’ll have the entire apartment. Keys are collected from an off-site location, which isn’t available 24/7. One dedicated open car space is included (2.0m height restriction).
