Any violation of this rule will incur a fine of $500. 2. No parties or unauthorised gatherings allowed on the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $1100. 3. Guests must not create unreasonable noise, behave badly, cause health, safety or security hazards, damage common property, or obstruct residents from the use of their property. Any breach of these rules will result in additional charges. 4. No pets are allowed on the property. 5. The correct number of guests staying must be reflected in the booking. Linen and towels will only be provided for the number of guests included in the booking. 6. Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a similar condition as it was during check-in. 7. Breakages, damages, theft, and loss will be the guest's liability and responsibility. 8. Violation of any of the rules will result in a loss of your security deposit and/or additional charges. 9. As part of our verification procedure, guests may be required to provide a photo of a government-issued ID and a selfie. 10. Noise levels are to be kept at an appropriate level at all times. 11. Excess rubbish must be disposed of in the rubbish chute located near the lift as per instructions in the Housing Manual. 12. Guests are required to use the range hood when cooking to avoid setting off the smoke alarm. If the smoke alarm goes off, guests must not open the front door as it will result in heavy fines. 13. Toiletries will be provided for the initial period of stay only. Guests may request for housekeeping during their stay at an additional cost. 14. Guests are requested to immediately report any damages or cleaning issues upon checking in. Cleaning issues will be resolved within 24 hours of check-in. 15. Lost items will be kept in our office for one week. A postage fee of $50 will be charged to mail the item back to the owner upon request. 16. Check out is at 10am. Any checkouts that are not approved after 10am will be charged $100 for the late check out fee. 17. The sofa bed is available upon request for a fee of $40. Please reach out to the team at least 24 hours before arrival if you need to use it so this can be prepared accordingly. Please note that last-minute requests will cost $70. Please note that if you are booking for 5 guests, we will charge you automatically for the sofa bed. 18. The use of building facilities and amenities are subject to availability including when unavailable due to maintenance, closing times or any other blackout periods and restriction that is not in our control. Access is given where possible but it cannot be guaranteed.
