With two Queen bedrooms, an in-unit laundry and parking, it’s ideal for professionals on extended contracts in Melbourne, couples relocating to the city, and friends or colleagues sharing a longer stay. The Apartment Large windows fill the open-plan living area with light and open onto a private undercover balcony with an alfresco dining setting for four. The living area has a three-seater couch and a TV with free-to-air channels and streaming apps (log in with your own accounts). The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, a gas cooktop, utensils and cutlery, and the dining area seats four. Both sunny bedrooms have a Queen bed. The sleek bathroom has towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials provided, and the laundry has a washer and dryer. Split-system air conditioning provides heating and cooling in the living area, a portable heater and fan are also available, and WiFi is provided. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Guest Access & Parking You’ll have the entire apartment. Keys are collected from an off-site location, which isn’t available 24/7, with full details sent 3 days before check-in. The building is wheelchair accessible. Parking is available. IMPORTANT: - Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund. - Pets are allowed Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following: - Please leave all beds unmade - Please clean up your dishes and put them away - In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location - Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins - Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed. - Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind. We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.
