Additional rules: - New government regulations means that we are now required to know the reason for your booking. Upon requesting a Reservation we will request the 'Reason for your Travel' and will also require your Address. - No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony - Towels and Bed Linen: Towels and bed linen are provided with a limited amount. One bath-towel is provided for each guest. An extra $5 cleaning cost will be charged for every extra towel requested. Only 1 set of bed linens will be provided per bed. An extra $10 cleaning cost will be charged for every set of bed linen requested. (A callout fee of $25 is charged per delivery) - If you lose a key, we will arrange a locksmith to change the locks at your expense which could equate to more than AUD$500. If you lock yourself out, we will arrange an emergency locksmith to open the door at your expenses which could equate to more than $250. - No external visitors. Confirmed guests only. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. - Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the property. If you smoke inside, you forfeit your entire security deposit. - The apartment has a smoke detector and if you trigger the smoke detectors firefighters may arrive. You will be responsible for the corresponding cost if this kind of event happens. - Absolutely no parties or schoolies! Do not book this property if you plan to party or make excessive noise. Neighbors will hear and call the police and you will be evicted immediately. - Daily rubbish: Please remove your daily rubbish. We will deduct your bond if an excessive amount of rubbish is left in the property. - Please do not damage/stain any furniture or place any hot items, a hot pot or warmer on kitchen & living room table tops. - Please be careful when moving your luggage in/out of the property as you may leave unsightly wall marks. - Kindly Turn off all air-cons/lights/tv/heaters/water taps/kitchen stove when not in use (or when leaving the property). - Please wash and dry all pots, utensils, pans, plates, cups etc after use and put them back neatly in the kitchen cabinets and drawers. - Shampoo and Soap are provided only on an initial basis. Please purchase additional shampoo and soap at the nearby convenience store should you require. - WIFI - Please respect this free service and use the internet in accordance with local laws. Please refrain from downloading large files and using any bit torrent sites. - Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged. - You accept responsibility for any damages caused during your stay. - You are responsible for your own safety (and the safety of any other person present at the accommodation) during your stay. - The host accepts no responsibility, liability, damage or injury in any way which you or any member of your party or your belongings may suffer in connection with the accommodation. - You’ll be given one set of keys on check-in. An additional set of keys can be requested, but not guaranteed, for an additional security deposit of $200. Please contact us if you wish to receive a second set of keys. *Failure to obey house rules will result in immediate booking cancellation and eviction.
