It's directly across the road from Moorpanyal Park and playground, a short stroll to the waterfront, and 10 minutes from Geelong CBD and Westfield. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a washer/dryer, it's ideal for corporate teams or contractors on extended assignments, families relocating to Geelong, and anyone wanting a comfortable long stay by the bay. The Home The entry has a buffet table and two lounge chairs looking out over the street. Step down into the lounge, which has three- and two-seater couches, an ottoman and a TV, plus free WiFi for streaming or working. The dining area has a six-seater table and flows into the modern kitchen, which is well equipped for everyday cooking with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle and large fridge. Next to the kitchen, a combined bathroom and laundry has a shower, vanity, toilet and washer/dryer. Bedroom one, just off the lounge, has a Queen bed, bedside tables with lamps and a large wardrobe. Towards the front hallway, bedroom two has a Queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, a walk-in robe, a TV and a ceiling fan. Bedroom three has a Double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a built-in robe and a ceiling fan. These two bedrooms share the main bathroom, which has a vanity, toilet, a shower with grab rails, and charming stained-glass windows. Ducted heating runs through the home, and bedroom three also has its own wall heater. Outside, the undercover patio has an outdoor dining table and a BBQ. Professional cleaning, laundered linen, quality amenities, 7-day guest support and a digital guidebook with local recommendations are all included. Guest Access & Parking The home has a digital lock, and you'll receive your unique code and access details before check-in. You'll have access to the whole home and the patio. The rear yard and sheds aren't accessible. Free parking is available in the driveway and on the street. The rear yard and sheds aren't part of the property. The sound system is no longer in the lounge room.
