Gairloch Grove – Modern 3-Bedroom Townhouse beside the Barwon River for 30+ Day Stays in Newtown Gairloch Grove is a modern, spacious townhouse for stays of a month or more in Newtown, right alongside the Barwon River on the edge of Geelong. Highton Village and Pakington Street's shops and cafés are each a 5-minute drive away, and Geelong CBD is 15 minutes away. With three Queen bedrooms, a double garage and pets welcome, it's ideal for professionals on extended contracts, families relocating to Geelong, and small teams sharing a longer stay. Ground Floor You enter into an inviting living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for everyday cooking, plus a coffee pod machine. Also on the ground floor are the laundry, with a washer and dryer, and a separate powder room. Upstairs All three bedrooms are upstairs, each with a Queen bed and its own split system for heating and cooling. The master bedroom has a walk-in robe, a private ensuite, and its own private patio overlooking the front yard to the Barwon River, a lovely spot for a morning coffee. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Smart TVs, plush couches and comfortable beds make the home relaxing for a longer stay. Free WiFi is available throughout, and all linen and towels are provided. Parking You'll have access to the double garage, plus space for two more cars in the driveway. Pets Pets are welcome.
