It's in a great suburb just off the Geelong Ring Road, only a 5-minute drive to Epworth Hospital, Deakin University Waurn Ponds and Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre, and under 20 minutes into Geelong CBD. A bus stop is a 450m walk away. It's ideal for healthcare workers on placement, Deakin students, contractors, and anyone on a budget who wants to bring their pet along for a longer stay. The property has 6 individual studios that can be booked separately or together for larger groups. The Space This compact, budget-friendly studio has a Double bed, a Smart TV, a bar fridge and a kettle, with complimentary tea and coffee. The ensuite has a shower, toilet and vanity, and complimentary toiletries, linen and towels are supplied. The room opens directly onto a large private courtyard, which gives you and your pet your own outdoor space. Guest Access You'll have exclusive use of your studio and courtyard, and shared access to the communal kitchen, dining area, work space and laundry. Every room has an electronic keypad lock. You'll receive your PIN when you book, so you can check in at any time, even late at night. There's plenty of free on-street and off-street parking, plus free WiFi.
