Ground Floor At the front of the home, the main living area has a three-seater sofa, an armchair and a TV. At the rear, an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area opens onto the rear yard. The dining table seats six, with a couple of bar stools at the breakfast bar and bean bags for lounging. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with an electric oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave, plus pots, pans, dinnerware, cutlery and utensils. Along the left side of the home, down a hallway separate from the living areas, are bedrooms two and three, each with a Queen bed and robes. Here you'll also find the main bathroom with a shower, bath and vanity, a separate toilet, and an internal laundry with a washing machine. Upstairs The central staircase leads to a study nook on the landing, which is handy for remote work. The main bedroom is upstairs, with a Queen bed, robes and an ensuite. Outside The secure courtyard has an outdoor dining table and a couple of lounge chairs. All linen and towels are supplied, and free WiFi is available. Guest Access & Parking Keys are left in a secure key safe at the property. Its location and code are sent 12 hours before check-in, so there's no need to visit an office.
