It's in the quiet suburb of Belmont, one street off the cafés, shops, cinema and restaurants of High St, and a 5-minute drive to Geelong CBD. Waurn Ponds, with its shopping centre, Deakin campus and Epworth Hospital, is 5–10 minutes away. Sleeping up to 11 with pets welcome, it's ideal for work crews and project teams on extended assignments, groups of colleagues, and large families relocating to Geelong together. The Bedrooms Each bedroom has its own digital lock and unique code, so every guest has a private, secure space on a longer stay. Five bedrooms each have a Queen bed with side tables, lamps, a wall-mounted Smart TV, space to hang clothes, and a sitting area. The sixth bedroom has a King Single bed, a cupboard, a chair and a Smart TV. Seating set-ups vary from room to room, and Room 5 has a dedicated desk. The front bedrooms have split-system air conditioning, and the other bedrooms have ceiling fans. Shared Spaces The kitchen has an air fryer, a convection oven with cooktop, a rice cooker, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a sandwich press. The central bathroom has two showers and two toilets, each lockable, plus a separate vanity room with a double vanity and large mirrors. The laundry has a top-loader washing machine, a trough and clothes horses. A small step down from the back door leads to the large backyard, which has a BBQ area for cookouts. Professional cleaning, laundered linen, quality amenities, 7-day guest support and a digital guidebook with local recommendations are all included. Guest Access & Parking A digital lock is fitted to the front door and each bedroom, and you'll receive your codes and access details before check-in. You'll have sole use of the entire home and rear garden. The garage at the rear isn't available to guests. There's plenty of free parking in the neighbouring car park and on the street.
