The Home You enter straight into the main living area. It has a couch, an armchair, a TV, a Yamaha keyboard and a four-seater dining table, with a split-system air conditioner and ceiling fan. Beyond it is the second living area, the heart of the home, which has sweeping views over Port Phillip Bay with the You Yangs and Melbourne in the distance. It has a six-seater dining table, a couch, two armchairs and a TV, and automatic blinds you can set for shade or blockout. Sliding doors open onto the back patio, which has some of the best views along this stretch of the bay, plus outdoor seating for 8 and a BBQ. The U-shaped kitchen adjoins both living areas and shares the same bay views. It's functional and practical, with plenty of appliances, bench seating for chatting while you cook, and a coffee machine (please bring your own ground coffee).
