No private ensuite.</p><p>About Willowbank</p><p>Willowbank is a rare and beautifully maintained heritage homestead, originally built between 1855 and the early 1860s, where original character sits comfortably alongside thoughtful modern touches. Set amongst four acres of paddocks, established gardens and mature trees, the property offers a wonderful sense of space and privacy while still being just minutes from the beaches, wineries and coastal towns of the Bellarine.</p><p>The wide brick-paved verandah wraps around the original part of the homestead and is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, relax in the Adirondack chairs or simply watch the light change across the paddock. For slow afternoons, settle into the hammock overlooking the grounds, or curl up with a book from the home's library.</p><p>Inside, Willowbank offers two separate lounge areas, each with its own smart TV, giving guests plenty of room to spread out. The original part of the home features a beautiful open fireplace, while the newer wing has a cosy wood heater. Reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout ensures year-round comfort.</p><p>The well-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy, with an induction stovetop, electric oven, air fryers, food processor, toaster and full-size fridge/freezer with built-in water dispenser. Guests can also enjoy fresh produce and herbs from around the property when in season, adding to the relaxed country experience.</p><p>Outside, the four-acre grounds are made for enjoying the slower pace of country living. Gather around the firepit beneath the stars, let the kids enjoy the AFL goals and trampoline, or simply wander through the established gardens and lawns. With paddock views, mature trees and plenty of open space, there's room for everyone to unwind.</p><p>Please note: There is a small, separate cottage located at the front of the property which is occupied year-round. The cottage is completely separate from the holiday accommodation, while guests at Willowbank can still enjoy the privacy and spaciousness of the homestead and its surrounding grounds.</p><p>Perfectly positioned in Wallington, Willowbank is just a five-minute drive from Ocean Grove, 10 minutes from Barwon Heads and around 15 minutes from Queenscliff. You'll be surrounded by some of the Bellarine's best wineries, cafés, beaches, walking trails and local attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the peninsula before returning to the peace and character of your own private country retreat.</p>
