Naturaliste Way – Modern 4-Bedroom Lakeside Family Home for 30+ Day Stays in Armstrong Creek Naturaliste Way is a contemporary, fully self-contained family home for stays of a month or more in the Anchoridge Estate, Armstrong Creek. A beautiful lake reserve and playground sit right out the front. Geelong, Torquay, Barwon Heads and Ocean Grove are each a 15–20 minute drive away, and The Village Warralily Shopping Centre is 5 minutes down the road. With four bedrooms, two living areas and a double garage, it's ideal for groups of colleagues working on nearby projects, families relocating to the Geelong region, and families wanting a long stay between the city and the surf coast. The Home Behind the red brick and rendered façade, the master retreat is to the left of the front hall. It looks out over the lake, where you can watch swans and ducks paddle by. The master has a deluxe King bed, timber bedside tables with lamps, a Smart TV and its own air conditioner. Through the walk-in robe, the ensuite has a wide shower, toilet and double vanity. Further down the hall, bedroom two has a Queen bed, bedside tables and a built-in robe. Opposite, a second living area with plush carpet, a couch and a Smart TV can be closed off from the main living area, which makes a great kids' retreat. The hallway opens into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The chef's kitchen has stone benchtops and pendant lighting, and is equipped for everyday cooking with a large fridge with water and ice dispenser, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, rice cooker and slow cooker, plus all the cookware, utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery you need. A wooden dining table seats eight. The lounge has a two-seater sofa that folds out into a Queen bed, two occasional chairs, a large Smart TV and board games. A split-system air conditioner serves the living area. Off a hallway to the right are bedroom three, with a Queen bed and a mirrored built-in robe, and bedroom four, with two King Single beds and a mirrored built-in robe. Between them, the main bathroom has a bathtub, shower and vanity, with a separate toilet. The laundry has a trough and washing machine, with a side clothesline and a clothes horse for rainy days. Outside The alfresco area has café blinds to keep out the sun and bugs, a six-seater dining table and a large six-burner BBQ. The turfed backyard gives kids plenty of room to run around. Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest. Guest Access & Parking Keys are left in a secure key safe at the property. Its location and code are sent 48 hours before check-in, so there's no need to visit an office. The double garage fits two smaller cars or one large vehicle, and there's extra parking in the driveway and on one side of the street.
