Accommodation includes an upstairs master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite, two further queen bedrooms downstairs, and a fourth bedroom with a tri-bunk and pullout single trundle, sleeping 9 guests maximum. A garage is included, with parking for two cars, or free street parking is also available nearby. Full linen is provided for your stay, though guests should bring their own beach or pool towels. This property is strictly no pets. On booking, guests will be asked to agree to terms and conditions including no parties or gatherings, no young groups, no hens or bucks parties, and no smoking. To keep the space peaceful for everyone, guests are also asked to agree to house rules including no schoolies or groups under 25. Photo ID, Australian or passport, is required during the booking process.
