Payneham Memorial Park and the Marden shopping area are close by, a bus stop is just 200m away, and Adelaide's CBD is about 15 minutes by car. With three Queen bedrooms, a private garden, a laundry and driveway parking, it's ideal for families relocating to Adelaide, professionals on extended contracts, and groups sharing a longer stay. The Home The open-plan living area is filled with natural light and has a large sofa, a coffee table and rug, and a Smart TV. The dining table seats six, beside the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, an oven, a rangehood, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle. From the kitchen, step out to the private garden, ideal for outdoor dining or quiet time in the fresh air. All three bedrooms are spacious, with a Queen bed, mattress protectors, bedside tables and lamps, and plenty of storage. The master bedroom and one other bedroom have air conditioning. The modern bathroom has a shower, and a hairdryer is provided. There's also a washer and dryer. WiFi is available. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Guest Access & Parking You'll have access to the home, except one room and the garage, which are locked for owner use. Keys are collected on site, with full details sent 3 days before check-in. There's parking for one vehicle in the private driveway. IMPORTANT: - Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund. Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following: - Please leave all beds unmade - Please clean up your dishes and put them away - In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location - Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins - Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed. - Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind. We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.
