Air conditioning with split-system heating and cooling is fitted in each room, ensuring comfort throughout the year. Accommodation includes two bedrooms, serviced by a contemporary bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Street parking is available for guests arriving by car. Close to shops, cafés, public transport and stunning beaches, Anzac Highway is perfectly positioned for a relaxed coastal stay near Glenelg. Guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to receiving key instructions, along with a valid photo ID and card details. A $500 pre-authorisation hold will be placed on your card at check-in, automatically released after departure provided the property is left in good condition. Please note all card payments incur a 1.5% surcharge. To ensure a smooth check-in, all registration details must be completed by the end of office hours on the day of arrival, with check-in finalised by 8pm unless prior arrangements have been confirmed with our team. Failure to submit the required information or arrive within the designated check-in window may result in delays or inability to access the property.
