A copy of valid photo ID and card will be required. Please note all payments are subject to a 1.5% card surcharge Guests will be liable for any damages that may occur and will be charged accordingly To ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process, all guests are required to complete the registration form by the end of office hours on the day of arrival. Check-in should be completed by 8:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed with our team. Please note that failure to submit the required information or arrive within the designated check-in window may result in delays, and in some cases, you may be unable to access the property. For after-hours check-in requests, please contact us in advance to make suitable arrangements. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you. Daily housekeeping is not included in the stay. House Rules No Parties or Events – Our homes are for family holidays and peaceful getaways only. Parties, functions, and commercial events are not permitted without prior written approval. Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am. Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside. Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately, and leave it tidy upon departure. Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.
