It's ideal for couples or small families wanting an extended coastal stay, professionals on contract in the Noosa region, and anyone relocating to the Sunshine Coast. The Home The open-plan living area is filled with natural light, creating a breezy atmosphere. It has a spacious couch, a coffee table, a TV with free-to-air channels, and a four-seater dining table. The kitchenette is fully stocked with appliances, including an oven, an electric cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. Bedroom one has a Queen bed, and bedroom two has two single beds. The stunning modern bathroom sits alongside, and there's a laundry room. Air conditioning and heating keep the townhouse comfortable year-round. The front balcony has outdoor seating, and the courtyard has outdoor seating, dining and a BBQ. Guests also have access to pool facilities. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Guest Access & Parking You'll have the entire townhouse, except the loft. Keys are left in an on-site lockbox, with the access code sent 3 days before arrival through the booking portal. On-site parking is available in a single garage, though please note it's very tight to get into. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, at an additional cost. Luggage can't be stored before check-in or after check-out. ID verification is required after booking, and check-in details are only shared once verified. Not suitable for young children, due to open stairs. No loft access.
