- All guests must complete the standard LUXICO Guest Agreement
- This home is directly next to other homes, please be inside the home BEFORE 10pm each night
- Please respect our neighbours. Fines may apply for excessive noise if reported
- If you break something, please let us know so that we can replace it for the next guests
A $2,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
