Morningside Station is 2 minutes away, with trains to the CBD in under 15 minutes, and local cafés, shopping centres, Seven Hills Bushland Reserve and Bulimba's Oxford Street are all close by. With three bedrooms, air conditioning in every room, a fully fenced backyard with a dog door, and parking for four cars, it's ideal for families relocating to Brisbane with their pets, professionals on extended contracts, and small groups sharing a longer stay. The Home The living area has two three-seater sofas, a Smart TV with free-to-air channels and streaming apps (log in with your own accounts), and remote-controlled air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with an electric oven and cooktop, cookware, cutlery and utensils, and the dining table seats six. Bedrooms one and two each have a Queen bed, and bedroom three has a single bed. Every bedroom has remote-controlled air conditioning, a Smart TV and blackout blinds. The home has a full bathroom off the hallway and a separate toilet near the laundry. Towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials are provided, and the laundry has a washer and dryer. Air conditioning (heating and cooling) runs throughout, with ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. WiFi is available. Outside, the expansive, fully fenced backyard is ideal for pets and outdoor time, with a dog door leading from the house. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Guest Access & Parking You'll have the entire house. Keys are in an on-site lockbox, with full details sent 3 days before check-in. There's a lock-up garage (2m height limit) plus three driveway spaces. Pets Pets are welcome.
