With a private laundry, air conditioning and a building pool, it’s ideal for business travellers on extended contracts, couples relocating to Brisbane, and frequent flyers wanting a convenient base close to the airport. The Apartment Large windows and sliding doors fill the open-plan living and dining area with natural light. The living room has a three-seater sofa that converts into a single bed for one guest, a rug and a Smart TV, and opens onto a private balcony with outdoor furniture. The dining table seats four. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a capsule coffee machine, plus cookware and utensils. The bedroom has a Queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, blackout blinds, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, storage cupboards and a hairdryer. The private laundry has a washing machine and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a drying rack. Air conditioning and heating keep the apartment comfortable year-round, and WiFi is available. A carbon monoxide alarm is fitted. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.
