With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a study nook, a private pool and parking for four, it’s ideal for families relocating to the Moreton Bay region, work crews or project teams on extended assignments, and groups wanting space and comfort for a longer stay. The Home The open-plan living area has tiled floors, an eight-seater couch, a coffee table and rug, and a Smart TV with streaming apps. A dedicated study nook makes working from home easy, and generous living zones give everyone both space and privacy. The kitchen has a gas cooktop, an electric oven, a dishwasher and a coffee machine, with a dining table and counter seating. The four bedrooms have one King bed, two Queen beds and one single bed between them, each with bedside tables and lamps. Blackout blinds are fitted in the single bedroom and the downstairs bedroom. There are three bathrooms, including two ensuites, plus a bathtub, and hairdryers are provided. The internal laundry has a washing machine, an iron and a clothes drying rack. Ducted air conditioning (heating and cooling) and ceiling fans run throughout, and WiFi is available. Glass sliding doors open onto the private garden and pool, where outdoor furniture invites you to relax with tranquil riverfront outlooks and sunrise views.
