Clayfield Station is 700m away, with trains on the Doomben line to the CBD, and buses run along Sandgate Road. Local cafés, shops and parks are nearby, Eagle Farm Racecourse, Portside Wharf and the Brisbane Riverwalk are a short drive away, and Brisbane Airport is just 10 minutes by car. With three bedrooms, two living areas, a study nook and ducted air conditioning, it’s ideal for families relocating to Brisbane, professionals working remotely or on extended contracts, and anyone who needs quick airport access. The Home Downstairs, the open-plan living and dining area flows into the fully equipped kitchen, which has an electric oven, an induction cooktop, cutlery and utensils. The living area has a four-seater couch and a TV with free-to-air channels and streaming apps (log in with your own accounts). The dining table seats six, with countertop seating for three more. Upstairs, a cosy second lounge gives you extra space to relax. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, an ensuite and a quiet study nook by the sliding doors, perfect for remote work. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with soft furnishings and plenty of storage. The third bedroom has a trundle bed with two King Single mattresses, ideal for kids or extra guests. The bathrooms are modern, with towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials provided. The laundry has a washer and dryer. Ducted air conditioning (heating and cooling) runs throughout, with ceiling fans in every room, and WiFi is available. Outside, a private patio with a BBQ and outdoor seating for six is surrounded by a neat front garden. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Guest Access & Parking You’ll have the entire home, except the garage. Keys are collected on site, with full details sent 3 days before check-in. There are stairs inside the home. On-site driveway parking is available for one car (4m x 3m space).
