Local parks and nature reserves are close by for walks, and cafés, restaurants and shopping are a short drive away, with buses on Kirkdale Road a short walk from the door. With seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, a private pool and spa, and multiple living areas, it’s ideal for large families relocating to Brisbane, work crews or project teams on extended assignments, and big groups sharing a longer stay. The Home The open-plan living area is bathed in natural light, with spacious couch seating, a coffee table, a Smart TV, lamps and ceiling fans. There are multiple living areas, so everyone has room to spread out. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric stove, an oven and a microwave, and the dining table seats ten, perfect for shared meals. The seven spacious bedrooms have four King beds and three Queen beds between them, each with bedside tables, lamps and mattress protectors. There are five bathrooms, including four ensuites, so there’s plenty of privacy for a big group. Hairdryers and a washing machine are provided. Split-system air conditioning serves the living room and selected bedrooms, ceiling fans are fitted throughout, and WiFi is available. Outside, the private garden has a pool, a spa, a BBQ, outdoor furniture and open backyard space for outdoor dining or relaxing. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Guest Access & Parking You’ll have the entire house. Keys are collected on site, with full details sent 3 days before check-in. There’s a private garage.
