The cafés, restaurants, boutiques and bars of Oxford Street and Memorial Park are just 100m away, the riverside park is a 10-minute walk, and the ferry and buses connect you to the city. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and secure parking, it's ideal for families relocating to Brisbane, colleagues sharing an extended stay, and anyone wanting a homely long-stay base close to the city. The Apartment The central open-plan living area flows through floor-to-ceiling roller doors onto a generously sized balcony with outdoor seating and dining. Inside, there's a plush couch, an armchair, a coffee table, a Smart TV with free-to-air channels and streaming apps, and a six-seater dining table. The kitchen is stocked with modern appliances, including an oven, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine, plus stone countertop seating for three. Bedroom one has a Queen bed and an ensuite. Bedrooms two and three each have two single beds. There's also a modern main bathroom. The laundry has a washing machine. Air conditioning keeps the apartment comfortable, and WiFi is available. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in. Guest Access & Parking You'll have the entire apartment. Keys are left in an on-site lockbox, with the access code sent 3 days before arrival through the booking portal. Facing the building, the entrance is through the outdoor gate on the left side, then the first door on the right. One flight of stairs leads to the apartment, so it isn't suitable for guests with mobility issues. One car space is available in the secure garage. Luggage can't be stored before check-in or after check-out. ID verification is required after booking, and check-in details are only shared once verified. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Excessive noise may result in an on-the-spot AUD 500 fine and/or eviction. One car space only in the garage.
